Reveal Weakness bug not working on all rare mobs

I have encountered two rare mobs that reveal weakness didn't show up for. Both were spawned by an event.

1. Unique Strongbox - The rare mob that spawns and then is revived for a total of 3 times didn't have reveal weakness appear on it
2. In Tomb of the Consort - The rare mob that spawns from Embattled Trove Encounter also didn't have reveal weakness show up for it.

If I encounter more I will add to this list.

I was about to post about it but decided to do a search.

It just happenned to me with a unique strong box with the +5 revive stat, initial spawn + respawn didn't have Reveal Weakness.

Edit: Just saw it happenning in Tomb of the Consort, the summonned rare didn't have Reveal Weakness.

I would also like to point out that the drops from these summoned rares seems to use white mob loot table. So far I got one white spear and the other time there was no drop at all. The only exception was the rare that got revived 5 times, drops were fine on this one.
