Bugs/Exploits about Barrage and its cast time debuff

There are like 2 or 3 exploits/bugs that i've found using Whirling Slash > Barrage > Twister while having bunch of frenzy charges. This is a very complicated exploit/bug but it's constantly happening to me, so bare with me.

First, the main reason of all of these bugs:
You will need bunch of frenzy charges - i've 7 charges to increase my twister size - if you time your barrage + twister casting with your dodge roll, it won't consume the barrage buff.

For example; i cast Whirling Slash 3 times for the maximum amount then have 7 frenzy charges, then press barrage and because i use Twofold support gem, it will give me 16 buff count in the hot bar i can see. This part is the make this exploit happen; because i have a lot of twisters - like maybe 30+ or something i cannot even count because cover the whole screen - it will slow my cast time to where i can dodge roll and don't consume the barrage buff but the barrage buff applies to all the twisters come out and correct amount of them.

The the big part of the exploit is since it doesn't consume the barrage buff you can use the barrage with twisters again and again and again. I manage to use barrage buff like 3 times before the barrage buff actually expires. and also it cast out same amount of twisters as the normal barrage with 16 buff + twister casting.

I can make this exploit consistently if i have at least 9 since it slows down the Twister cast time too much to where it allows me to bypass the barrage buff usage.

I think can see where the bug/exploit occurs exactly; because twister's cast time too big with barrage and it doesn't cast out every single twister at the same time - i can see, if i have 16(2+7*2) barrage buff, it constantly cast out twisters out of me - and because barrage buff doesn't get "used" right after you use it or i assume it get used whenever the last twister casted out, it makes it to where you can dodge roll and game thinks barrage buff not used at all.

Second:
The first exploit makes this happen i believe. So essentially almost all the time when you do that first exploit it will 'stun' your character and you won't be able to move, dodge roll or cast skill. I think the game thinks you are still casting twisters but this 'stun' goes for like 2 seconds unless you try to dodge roll. the dodge roll action does not actually happen and your character stand still and you get out of the 'stun' once you spam dodge roll bunch of times.

Third:
When this first and second bug happens, game is just froze like 0.5, it's like instance crashing or something. and it freeze the monsters as well but still get hit. it's almost like the animation engine goes off, nothing moves but the server still thinks everything is ok but monsters can hit you. i can already feel like something goes wrong in the server console with this bug so i try to avoid it xD

Fourth:
Same with the third bug, server freeze but it happens when you cast Whirling Slash as soon as you cast barrage. So like you cast Barrage and immediately cast Whirling Slash it will make the third bug happen again. I use Whirling Slash in my Right mouse click and with the 'Always attack without Moving' off so it tries to jump forward but because i just cast barrage and its cast time a bit 'weird' i would say, it makes this third bug happen again. This only happens if my fps under like 30 or something, it consistently do that. and because i spawn tons of twisters with Frostbolt, the fps goes below 30 easily.

Also one more thing about how i make this bug happen consistently is that i also hold down left mouse click which is my 'Move only' slot.

Main take away:
Too much twisters makes too much buggy scenario xD
Also the only part i'm complaining about this is the server/animation freeze and stun thing. I think the barrage buff not getting consumed is great xD
