Endgame map not loading properly after every map.

After every map completed in end game, I faced a few issues when I returned back to hideout and tried to activate another map from the Map Device,

either:

1) The current map is "in progress" and not considered as completed.

2) The whole map is fog, nothing to select.

3) Only certain part of map is revealed.

Please advise. I cant continue at all.
