Server crash & Reroll item fail

I have a problem with an item I was working on and crafting. While I was working on it and had just finished, I managed to add the third socket corrupt, and the item was worth between 15 divines and 1 mirror. Then the server rolled back, and when I logged back in, it no longer had the third socket and everything I did was lost. After rejoining the server, I tried to corrupt it again the item got ruined. I have screenshots of the item because I managed to post it in guild chat, and now I have the ruined item in my inventory. Please check and fix this issue DM me where to attach screens & need my item back thx.
