Chimeral wetland act3 cruel infinite loading screen

I tried to start the game from ps5 in streaming using the playstation plus premium service after trying many solutions... So is a devs side problem/solution i suppose. Please i got stuck into an infinite load screen while i where going to Chimeral Wetlands, CAN YOU UNSTUCK MY CHARACTER Please?

I solved in my way i loaded another character and gone to the same map then i switched fast the character with the one stucked. The bug is there anyway please solve it
