Glacial Bolt doest work

Glacial Bolt hit box is way too small. it cant damage small target and push small target away all the time. I even use + skills area effect try to make it bigger, but it is still not working.

Here are my suggestions regarding the changes to this skill:

The hitbox of the skill needs to be increased so that even small monsters can be properly hit and take the intended damage.

Ice crystal generation should occur directly at the mouse cursor position, regardless of the position of previous crystals (allowing multiple crystals to stack in the same spot).

Newly generated Ice Crystals should be able to pierce through existing Ice Crystals and still spawn at the cursor location.

When targeting monsters with Glacial Bolt, some monsters can only be hit if I click on a spot closer to me on their model. Sometimes I have to click near their feet to hit them, and sometimes I even need to click behind them to land the skill.
