Bleed Spear/Huntress -- Anyone making this work?

Just wanted to find out what tech people have figured out for this, as even with Saitha's Spear + Radiant Grief I'm having pretty big swings in power back and forth through campaign (Act 2 Cruel now).

I have been using rake + blood mark + blood hunt for single target, spearfield for clear. Spearfield with rage, lacerate, conc effect. Relying on spearfield feels jank a lot since enemies need to physically move for the damage proc to go off. Rake feels pretty mediocre. Tried to mix in explosive spear for spending frenzy charges, and I've tried a couple variations of "clear" skill setups like whirling + twister w/ lacerate, but everything feels very weak.

I've specced mostly straight down into the spear notables, picked up as much attack speed, accuracy, and damage as I can. Perfectly Placed Knife and Wasting taken to synergize with ailments, but even with the other ailment nodes the bleeds feel awfully weak. Spearfield into herald of blood procs are what's really doing the clear work. When I'm not doing that, damage is extremely low



Any suggestions? Maybe tame beast tech I don't know of?
