0.2.0d Hotfix 2 During party play in campaign areas, "Respawn at Checkpoint" now automatically respawns all players together into the new Instance of the area. During party play in campaign areas, "Respawn at Checkpoint" is now only allowed if either the game is paused or all other players are dead. The game now automatically pauses while a respawn is in progress. Being dead no longer prevents party members from pausing.
