Chayula Monk Consuming Questions not working

Using Spark at the moment with 2 rings that provide phys dmg mana leech, going into packs and noticed ES going down and not leeching at all, even when mana is not full.

all mana leech is attack-only. not spell.

while there is *tons* wrong with leech in general, mana leech specifically, chayula monk in general, consuming questions, and waking dream/into the breach; this actually isnt one of them

can't mana leech spell damage, at all.
