The Phaaryl Megalith map crashed

I was doing the unique map normally, while killing the 4th or 5th boss the game kicked me out and said "Disconnected from server", removed all my portals when I logged back in and now the map is in a "Failed" state.

This caused me to lose potential atlas skill tree points and lost whatever items I picked up

Edit: I also portaled out once before the crash to make a trade, if that makes a difference

This disconnecting incident happned to me as well when I was encountering 4th or 5th boss. After I logged back, I was in my hideout and the the map was shown as failed. Very frustrated.
