No spirit form act 1

Hello,

I defeated the King of Mist on Act 1, went all the way to act 3 and got my first 30 spirit there. I went back to check that I did in fact defeat the king and did so 3-4 times with no drops of skull and the store was available to me.

you do not get spirit for cruel's version of that quest. that is by design.
