Acrid Wand??

Has anyone had success triggering decompose from the Acrid Wand since 0.2 - I have it bound to my spell bar and I am clicking the corresponding keybind on highlighted corpses and nothing happens. Am I dumb :/ or is it bugged?

Yeah i don't know what's wrong, it randomly work sometimes it's weird.
