My ticket disappeared

After placing my Emperor's Audience item, the door didn't open and the ticket disappeared. I'm absolutely certain I placed it correctly. The map closed after placement but no door appeared, and the ticket vanished from my backpack. I also checked the surrounding map area but found no ticket. When I tried placing the ticket again this time, the map generated successfully. This resulted in an unnecessary loss of a ticket. Please investigate my account
