Ascent to Power bug

My Quest to get acess to the Trial of Sakahamas is buggy.
I killed Balabala from Act 2 and throw the Green Coin away.
Now i cannot use the Caravan to go to the Trial of Sakahamas.

I killed Balabala on Act 2 and Act 2 Cruel many times. It dont drop anymore.
Another coins dont work too.

Friend tryed to help me, i cant use his Portal to get in there.

Is there any way that would work? Or do i have to kill the Ultimatum boss to get it done?

I dont wanna level the charakter again from new :x .
