Stuck in against boss KING OF THE MIST

Hi GGG,

I was about to kill the KING OF THE MIST and now im stuck at the beginning of the phase 2.

The boss is not moving stuck on the top and cant even damage or nothing cause in phase 2 i can't reach the top.

I tried everything quit the game come bck nothing. I can't even do a TP stuck for like 20 mins just can't play the game.
