Return unique map after server crash. POE 2

Hello, due to a server crash, the unique map untainted paradise began to be marked as failed, although I did not die and I had 6 portals. I did not specifically strengthen the map to get 2 points in the atlas, but the server crashed. After re-entering the game, the map failed, the portals are closed. Considering that I play on SSF, the probability of passing this map again is quite low. Account Karril23#6833, character Tactic_SSF played on the Moscow server after the crash moved to Frankfurt, the crash was approximately at 15:20 Moscow time.
Please fix the crashes as soon as possible, I think you are aware of the problem, because reddit is littered with similar posts about constant crashes. No balance changes will help while the servers are crashing.
