Failed to conect to intance

I have been having a persistent issue with both poe1 and poe2, where about 50% of the time I go between zones, the loading screen boots me to tha main menu with an error saying 'failed to connect to instance'. I have tried resetting my flushing my dns, resetting my network settings in windows. The issue persists on every gateway no matter if I choose EU, US or Singapore. It's making playing impossible. I hope you can help me enjoy your games again.
