Trade/social bug - consoles

I have searched through the forums and made my own post previously however just to make it clear and to make sure it’s logged as a bug, some players (myself included) are near enough invisible to other players in game, I can’t whisper, trade, see local, trade or global chat I have tried various things to attempt to fix this issue, checked in privacy setting in the website, turned on off cross play and back on, made various new characters in different leagues looked at all the setting options (there are non related to player interactions) even used the /command in game chat to cleanse ignore list.

It seems as if some players are essentially in a shadow banned sort of state, but the strangest thing is there is one player I can interact with any which way in all chats and trade/whisper them which is my friend that I play with.

I’m on Xbox and trade chat etc was working for first couple of days I only noticed when i couldn’t see messages coming up after a days play.

The only thing I think I could have done is I made a huntress when I started playing dawn of the hunt got to level 6 deleted that character and then made a warrior which I’m now level 71 one I wonder if the new league had somehow had reset toherequirement to reach level 25 to unlock trading and me deleted that character has soft locked me? (I played in 0.1 and reached endgame too just for relevancy so that functionality was “unlocked” for me)

Last thing I’m attempting is redownloading the game to see if that fixes it otherwise I don’t see the point carrying on personally with how important trading is in the endgame
