Ghost Dance buggy/not reliable

I have been testing around with Ghost Dance and have noticed it does not always restore ES on hit. I had a white mob smack me while I was just trying to see what could cause it, and I'm not entirely sure yet.

What I've seen:
- Sometimes the mob will hit me, the ghost shroud charge will drop from 4->3, but my ES will drop/not recover on hit. Sometimes the same thing happens, but my ES remains max (as it should) + the charge goes down by one.
- I tried it in various maps, but it still seems inconsistent. I'm using a spear and a shield, in case that helps. I tested without a backup weapon set, without a shield, without wind dancer active. Nothing seems to help make it consistent.

If ghost dance is not consistent, it loses its primary function, so please look into it.

Unfortunately, at some point since 0.1.1e, they changed Ghost Dance to recover ES before the hit, which results in the inconsistency. Naturally, if you are at full ES before the hit, it will gobble up a Ghost Shroud and restore 0 ES, then subtract the damage you just took.

I doubt it was an intentional change, though, and is just a bug that was introduced when they fixed the weapon swap issue.

Let's hope they get around to it after the weekend
