Map Bug . Having to complete a map twice to get credit in map atlas.

As the title says, I am having to complete a map twice to get it to go from "in progress " to complete. this doing full clear all mobs. Instance both times says "map complete". Very frustrating. Any tips to fix this ?

I'm having this issue as well, often. Nothing seems to correlate to the issue, I do plenty of them without dying, leaving, disconnecting, etc and I still have to run them twice.

Happening to me now, without fail, showing completed in the map itself but world map does not. I've tried doing another map and still shows previous map with all mods. If I run it a second time it will be completed. This is happening on EVERY map I complete now.
