Cant progress 'Ascent to power' quest

I didn't speak to Zarka when I should have or I just never got the option so I can't finish the ascent to power quest that gives access to the trial of sekhemas. I am now level 80 and still can't access the trial of sekhemas because Zarka has nothing to say to me. I have used the caravan to travel to all the different locations to check if Zarka only has the option when the caravan is in a specific spot but I had no luck.

I have the same issue and cant get my acendency.
I realy hope that they can solve the issue.
Talked to the support and got a reply that said to post in this forum, but i cant see how it would help at all

Turns out I missed the first Balbala fight in Act 2 and the Djinn Barya from the 2nd fight in Act 2 Cruel won't let you progress the quest. Check if you missed one of the Balbala fights in the campaign!
