80 DAYS WITH NO RESPONSE
I've created multiple threads here, multiple emails through multiple email accounts and I've had ONE RESPONSE to my issue. 2 months! I've had NO RESPONSE and NO HELP. I was asked for account information and that's it!

Since November, I haven't received a single response to my emails. After approving my MTX transfer, they probably sent the same automated message to everyone and no longer took any emails from POE1 seriously. I'm considering sending my emails in my native language when contacting support; maybe that will catch their attention."

It's understandable that they have a lot on their plate, but are they pulling people from customer service to work on the games? That seems really odd.
