Rathpith Bugged

You cannot cast spells with Rathpith plus Eternal Life. Which doesn't make much sense when every other life taking mechanic does work. For instance, the Extraction support works. The passive event horizon works.

I understand it says costs instead. But having your life not change doesn't really indicate that you can't pay any costs. Especially when sacrifice does work.
