Can't Complete Quest Task: Cataclysm's Wake (Return to Doryani)

So I've been trying to figure this out for a while now and I'm just starting to think my game is bugged. I completed the previous step in the quest and I think I interacted with Doryani at the time but I'm not 100% on that. My issue is that that step in the quest isn't complete and I just feel like I'm missing something. If anyone has had the same issue or knows what I'm missing please let me know.

Same here. Stuck on 'Cataclysm's Wake' quest with 'Return to Doryani' description on my old character in the Standard league, and it seems like Doryani don't want to speak with me, not in the hideout nor in the The Ziggurat Refuge.
And because of that Atlas skill tree is softlocked.
