I associated the wrong Steam account. I hope to unbind it and change to another Steam account. I hope you can help me solve this problem.

I have been waiting since release of POE 2 for the exact same thing, don’t hold your breath. GGG support sucks, I’ve supplied everything they have asked for numerous times…and I’m still waiting.
