Errorless crashes on character selection, every character

I was playing on my monk, finished act 1, got to act 2, right when i killed boss to earn my way onto caravan, and went onto caravan, my game crashed with no error. I was able to log back in and keep playing so i thought nothing of it, did the next quest, tried to teleport back to caravan, crashed again. Now when ever i log in, it crashes as im loading in to that character. I can log into other characters and play, but then when i TP back to town, my game crashes and they, too, are then stuck.

Things I've tried: Updating windows and all my drivers

Turning engine multi threading off

Turning engine multi threading back on

Changing to Vulcan from direct x

changing to full screen from windowed full screen

running sfc /scannow in command prompt

verifying game files on steam

deleting download cache on steam

deleting all cache files in poe 2 folder

restating computer and closing everything but POE

I tried to google it and saw that a LOOOOOOOT of people have this issue, but no one has a consistent fix, does anyone know of any fixes that I havent tried?
