Path of Exile 2 constant crashing after 0.2.0E patch

Hey, my game keeps constantly crashing during maps. I load into a map and move for a while the game crashes. I launch the game again and try entering the same or different map and move for a while the game crashes again. It doesn't give any crash reports, just your regular windows "not responding" tab. Otherwise the game runs smoothly without any problems.

I've looked at this problem over the internet and I've tried every single fix I found that people found during previous patches including updating the latest drivers, playing with your settings, especially shader settings (currently I'm running the lowest settings possible and I've tried every shader), I've tried reinstalling the game and deleting the config file, I've tried using some third-party applications that people have used that have helped them prior to this patch but I still have the same issue.

I'd like to add I didn't have any major issues like crashing or performance issues before this patch excluding the release day of 0.2.0.

**Hey, I’m having very similar issues.**

After patch 0.2.0e, crashes started happening frequently — mostly on endgame maps. I’ve been tweaking a lot of settings and reached a point where sometimes I can complete a map, but the game still crashes often and unpredictably.

**The crash seems to happen most often when using the skill *Lightning Rod*.** When it triggers — especially with lots of enemies on screen — the game often freezes or crashes shortly after. It’s a bow skill used by Ranger that calls down a lightning strike from above, and it seems to be a common factor in most of my crashes.

**What I’ve tried (none of this helped):**
- Switching between Vulkan and DirectX 11
- All graphics settings (trilinear filtering, no upscaling, etc.)
- Disabling multithreading, DLSS, FreeSync
- Removing RivaTuner & MSI Afterburner
- Clearing shader cache
- Reinstalling GPU drivers
- Reverting and reapplying Windows updates
- Disabling all overlays and background apps


Would really appreciate any word from GGG on this. There are multiple players reporting the exact same problem — and it seems skill-related in some cases.

Even if the frame count of the cursor is stable, the frame count of the moving cursor drops to 30-40 instantly, what kind of bug is this, ggg hurry up and fix it

I'm having the same problem. I've noticed that It crashes whenever I select my Amazon character, even though my other characters are playable without any issues

ME TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. after patch 0.2.0E and patch 0.2.0F my amazon character keeps crashing.

I have no idea if it has anything to do with my amazon character because i have leveled it up till lvl 28 act 2 and in the bones area with those spiky towers called the spires of deshar, i keep getting crashes and cannot progress with neither of my amazon or ranger and both are at the same level same area kinda.... pls ggg HELPPPPPP

Same problem here. Constant crash Ingame with last patch 0.2.0e / 0.2.0f.
No crash with POE2 before 0.2.0e

Freeze during 1 second, return to desktop. Sometimes within a minute of reconnection. My computer only crash with POE2.
