Cataclysm's Wake - Investiage the corrupted Map Issue

IM having a problem with this quest

Ive just got to the end game. Ive ran a few tier 1 maps. But it seems no matter how many i run. i cant get past this quest. every map i comeplete it still says

" cataclysm wake - Investigate the corrupted map"

is anyone else having this issue, or has had it and somehow got passed it?

any info on how to complete it would be muuch appreciated thank you

I think ive figured it out.

we need to keep exploring the map till we find a Map that is a BIG RED Corrupted Blob that is a corrupted. You need to use a waystone with 4 affixes on it to activate it

Do that and it completes the quest

Hope this helps anyone who is having the same issues.

I've done this, cleansed the nexus, but it still says to "Travel to the corrupted nexus"

Did you do it on a Map that stands out with a big red Blob as the maps icon? its stands out from all the rest. Oh i also opened the map from my hideout rather than from in the city/town place.
