New Endgame Progression is worse for party players

I like the new way of progressing through the Atlas, but now it only counts for the map owner. The way it was before we could both progress at the same time. I really do not want to have to do everything twice as we already have to do that for all the extra content Atlas points.

Me and my mates used to maps together for fun and loot.
Now, it feels like the game does not want you to group anymore
