Uncut gems issue: break down in gem dust?

People have struggles that they’re either not finding enough skill gems, not enough support gems or not enough spirit gems (especially level 8!)

It’s frankly statistically pretty likely that you’ll be short on 1 of them (at the level you want/need it)

Some ideas:
- add a vendor to straight up buy them
- add ability to craft them
- add ability to gamble them
- adjust drop percentages, perhaps with some dynamic logic
