Twitch Drops was bugged

I got both the Hunters Trophy and Honour Guard Rhoa Mount from Twitch drops, but after clicking 'claim drop' on the Rhoa Mount the Hunters Trophy claim button disappeared.
Only the Rhoa Mount was added under Twitch Rewards to my path of exile account, I did not get to claim the Hunters Trophy and it has not been added to my account. It says it was claimed on Twitch drops page. Last bumped on Apr 13, 2025, 5:41:18 PM

I have the exact same problem, please tell me if you found a way to get the hunters trophy too

I have the same problem.
I also think it's weird since we were supposed to watch 3 hours but I got the notification to claim the rewards much faster. There is a bug going on. Hopefully they fix it soon. |

Same thing happened to me. Thought it was odd the twitch drop only said 15mins remaining until drop can be claimed when I first started watching.
I clicked claim once and both disappeared. On Twitch, I see both Honour Guard Rhoa and Hunters Trophy with quantity 1 and connected game account in my Drops & Rewards inventory. There is no drops being tracked anymore. On my PoE account, under view microtransactions, I only see the Honour Guard Rhoa. No sign of Hunters Trophy anywhere. In-game, same thing where I see Honour Guard Rhoa, but no Hunters Trophy. Something is definitely bugged. I'll hold off sending support a ticket since it seems like a common issue. Hopefully it can be resolved for everyone affected. |

Just ran into the same issue. Says both are claimed on twitch but only the Rhoa shows up on the rewards on this site.

The system on our end can't process the drops for all players immediately - there is a queue. If you want to give it a kick for your account specifically, then visiting your twitch rewards page will attempt to resolve any pending drops.

Just to be clear, the rewards are not showing up in the Twitch Rewards section of our POE accounts but they are on the twitch website itself. Normally the kick will work if it listed at https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch
