Poe 2 Quest bugged / CANT PROGRESS

Hello,
I played through act 1 and 2 today and in Act 1 I had and still have the quest *The Hunt begins* bugged. I talked to Delwyn a bunch of times after killing the spirit thing but the quest won't progress.

And now in Act 2 I have a very similar issues where the quest *Ascent to Power* tells me to return to the Ardura Caravan and speak to Zarka about what you just found. He also doesn't have a quest Icon above him and when I talk to him the quest does not progress.

I would really like to keep playing but without my ascendencie I cant. Please help me solve this issue.
