A3 Archer Transcendant enemies not proccing thorns

Hi,

I noticed that "Archer Transcendant" enemies from act 3 Black Chembers (and possibly similar enemies from other areas) do not proc thorns even though I have Crown of the Pale King equipped which should make it possible to proc thorns from all hits.

They do not seem to proc anything associated with hitting the player. While using the Boodbarrier unique buckler they don't receive stacks of corrupted blood when you block their attacks even though you get other benefits for having blocked a hit. You gain stacks on barbs as well when they hit you but the enemy takes no damage.
