Unable To Log Into Character

I have a character, StompyForgeMan, in the Dawn of the Hunt League. I completed Act II, and the story took me into Act III. From the starting zone of Act III I attempted to fast travel back to the Ardura Caravan in Act II to complete my Ascendancy trial, but then the game crashed. Every time I try to sign into that character, I get the loading screen saying "Ardura Caravan", like it's trying to load in that zone, but then the game crashes again. I can sign into other characters just fine. How can I fix my character?
