Connection issue

I play ritualist and sometimes when i enter map my latency stay at 150-200ms when i dont move my character its still not stable but it lower to 30-60
When i teleport back to hideout it go back to stable 17-21ms
It sometime get "fixed" when i die and after respawn it go to stable 20ms
