GAME STUCK ON LOADING SCREEN

I'm on Huntress going through Act 1 cruel (PS5)
and I clicked to load in to the Manor Ramparts, and it's not loading the area, I just get the loading screen and the rotating Gears.
I left it "loading" for at least 5 minutes, probably more (I was actually checking messages on my phone and when I had finished I noticed that I was still on the loading screen.) I restarted my console and loading up a different character, which loaded up fine, so I went to load back in with my Huntress and it's still stuck on the loading screen.
