Temple of Chaos bug

Whenever I try to load into temple of chaos, the game crashes after being on the loading screen. I can’t get my ascendancy points because of the crash. I’ve tried entering it 3 different ways and all of them crash (manually walking in, teleporting via waypoint on the act 3 map, and teleporting via the little button on the side of the map.) all crash. I don’t know if this affects anything but I’m on PS5.
