POE2 Account compromised

Therefore, I contacted your company [Removed by Support] . I hope your company can reply to me as soon as possible and help me retrieve my account.

I have contacted you several times. Could you please reply to me as soon as possible? And it's not that you never reply at all, but that you stop replying after the first response. Could you please not give players hope like this and then do nothing about it?
