Crashing in the end of Act II

As soon as you unlock the boss fight vanguard, teleporting back to the caravan crashes the game, ever since I cannot load into my lvl 36 Ritalist, all suggested remedies is not working

I'm having the exact same problem tried to go from trial of the sekhemas to the dreadnaught vanguard to avoid the caravan crash and now I'm bricked

What are the suggested remedies? I'm also crashing in Act 2... Not sure why.. Can't login to my character..
