POE2 uk keyboard layout bug

Hey,

I am pretty sure this is a bug albeit i'm not 100% certain. When playing with a UK keyboard layout, the minion control button ( ` by default) does absolutely nothing. You cant even rebind ` to anything meaningful.

Strangely however, you can type the ` key into chat, so the game is registering it, but it doesn't do anything skills wise.

Issue occurred 14th April, Dawn of the Hunt POE2 whilst playing a lich summoner.

Error is repeatable after rebooting
