Doing breach or Unique maps

this happen to me twice 1 in unique map and 1 on breach stone boss run

1. the one in the unique map just suddenly logged me out of my game , my internet is good and my PC is fine aswell , then when I came back I failed that map


2. the breach stone I run I stepped on the big hand then, the mobs should eventually spawn and chase me and I have to run and kill them before the timers run out ,, but there is no mob and the breach cloud/ voilet thingy on the floor don't show as well .

so I just wasted my time and ingame currency.. if any devs can help it would be great

Did you move forward through the map or remain at the entrance?

To my knowledge this has never been bugged, and it's one of those things that are notorious for erroneously being reported as being bugged due to player error.

Just so GGG can investigate, can you confirm 1) which brechstone it was, and, 2) whether this was in PoE 1 or PoE 2? I know this is the forum section for PoE 1 bug reports, but since PoE 2 released, more than half the new threads initially crated here have pertained to that game.

QA will be happy to investigate potential bugs, but they won't restore any in-game items.

I did move because the way is clearing for me, but I cant see any purple cloud on the floor. i went back and forth to the entrace and check were is the purple cloud. its in poe2.
