No Boss Loot

I just completed a Crimson Shores map with a t4 waystone. Extra content was delirium, expedition, and boss. Zero loot dropped after killing the boss which i killed last. The boss was the lava monster from the trials in act 2.

same happend to me just now, no boss loot, same map, same boss.

yes exact same thing happened to me same map and same boss as op , rest of the monsters dropped loot , just the final boss which was lava rock boss from trial of sekhemas didnt drop anything i mean not even gold or waystone or anything, checked whether i turned of highlighting but no , just a bug

Pretty sure it's because the boss doesn't actually get flagged as killed as a monster (just for the map trigger), I couldn't use portal inside his arena after killing it.
