Need support gem advice to recude dmg on parry.

Hey,
I'm having a weird issue with my build. Its working a little bit to well.

I'm nearly done with progressing maps and I start to have a really annoying issue with my build. My gear is far from perfect and I just hit t15 maps. But I have such a high crit rate and multiplier that my parry kills small mobs in one hit way to often to generate frenzy charges.

Is there a way to reduce my parry damage without sacrificing crit and dmg on my other spells via support gems I'm not aware of?

I'm currently still running Spar on it which is the only dmg gem I have in there and would like to swap it out for something which reduces its dmg.

Reducing dmg? A weird concept I know :D.

I really enjoy my play style and build right now and it utilizes parry and explosive spear for more reliable clearing of big groups. But my nimble jump in and out style gets a big hit if i clear the mobs with parry instead of parry+disengage Its not that my clear speed gets super bad without it but it feels a lot less engaging.

Can't you just slap infused fire with infused cold?
Or something drastic like brutality/infused chaos...

If you post me how much you do of each damage type, I can tell you exactly how to screw your damage up beyond repair...
