Omen of Whittling selecting wrong mod on fractured items

I wanted to reroll T1 Evasion prefix and bought an Omen of Whittling. But now it highlights the wrong mod (T5 Spirit) and I am scared to use it because I don't know if it is just a display bug or if it will reroll my spirit.

on fractured item, it sometimes orange wrong mod, sometimes dont show orange
