Please help ascendancy glitch?

Someone help,
Whilst playing amazon, I attempted to get my 3rd ascendancy run. I made it to the end and beat the 2 golem 1 ice 1 fire. The door opens the chest were available, the ulter was lit but I could not interact with it. I pressed the key / button everywhere i could but it was a no go. I did the Trial 1 more time to see if I missed something, and still no points. As I looked threw my inventory I saw that all my remaining chances to run the trials have converted to , "no points given"
Runs. I checked my other character, and there to my runs were converted to no point runs. What do I do???

thank you for the reply, i was at ascendancy 2 , the entry items also indicated that points would be given. still nothing
