Game Bug Report

Hello, game designers.
During gameplay, I noticed that after allocating the "Blood Magic" passive skill, critical strikes from skills no longer trigger the "Mana Flare" effect.
Could you clarify whether this is an intentional game mechanic or a potential bug?
