[Bug] Can’t talk to Zaraka in "Rise to Power" quest

Hi GGG team / community,

I'm experiencing a bug with the "Ascent to Power" quest in Path of Exile 2. I’ve reached the Ardura Caravan, where I’m supposed to speak with Zaraka, but I can’t interact with her at all.

Here’s what I’ve tried and confirmed:

The quest is still active in my log.

I’ve already completed all previous objectives.

I defeated Balbala, and Balbala’s Barya was already delivered — the item no longer drops, indicating the game considers that part completed.

Zaraka is visible in the Ardura Caravan, but no dialogue options appear — I cannot speak to her to progress the quest.

I’ve tried:

Restarting the game.

Leaving and returning to the area.

Repeating the boss fight (Balbala doesn’t drop the item again).

Attempting to create a new instance of Ardura Caravan (Ctrl + Click), but it’s not possible — the instance option is unavailable.

I used the /bug command and got this report number: 4,230,199,603.

This seems like a progression blocker. Any help or workaround would be appreciated. I can provide screenshots or video if needed.

I was in Act 2 Cruel, progressing normally through the campaign.
I had already killed Balbala, picked up her item (Balbala’s Barya), and delivered it to Zaraka.

Right after that, I got disconnected from the game.
I checked and noticed there was a 4GB update. After updating and returning to the game, Zaraka no longer had the interaction option to complete the quest.

I tried fighting Balbala again, but she no longer drops the item.
I’ll try reinstalling the game to see if that helps.

I also tried resetting the instance by Ctrl+Click, but town areas like Ardura Caravan don’t allow instance reset, so that didn’t work either.
