Skill Point 23/24 still not fixed in Passive Weapon Sets

Take any character who has gotten all the books collected from the campaign and try and spend your weapon set points. You will get to 2/24 and be stuck ...

This should be a trivial thing to fix.

Do you have any unspent passive points? (not only weapon set points)

Not at the moment, but when I refund a point I can spend point 23 in weapon set 2 BUT ... It actually breaks the abilities tied to weapon set 2. I have a curse set up. It no longer casts (it consumes mana but does NOT place the curse spell.)

As soon as I refund point 23, my weapon swap 2 curse starts working again.
