Temporal Rift skill can't be activated if 100% of spirit is reserved.

I have 60 max spirit. Act 3 Normal.
Temporal Rift with Ingenuity, Clarity and Vitality.
Withering Presence with Chaos Mastery and Persistence.

Unless I unsocket Clarity or Vitality, I cannot use Temporal Rift. It still leaves behind the afterimages, I just can't use the skill tied to it.

Move your +x reservation supports like clarity to any other gem (convalescence or mana remnants), then rift can be cast again even if 1 spirit left, it worked for me.
