after 2.0.2 HDR is black - disable HDR gives normal picture

I have been enable HDR since launch.
after 2.0.2
HDR is black while UI screen still shows as normal

disable HDR gives normal picture back

Tried switching HDR in-game, disable/enable HDR in windows, Restart, anything I could think of but nothing help

Thanks, I was going crazy trying to figure out a fix
